Since our inception, we have successfully managed projects involving public and private sectors, Government Agencies, non-profit organizations, financial institutions, retail and service facilities, working in concert with prominent construction companies.
A full service operation, we provide a range of Construction Management and General Contractor services, including, initial budgeting, project planning and design, contract administration, scheduling, document processing, safety procedures, claim prevention and site inspections.
From concept to completion, each project is customized to meet specifications and budgets.

and Spillis Candela & Partners, Inc., as the General Consultant to Dade County Aviation Department's redevelopment program now under construction.
