They have the skills needed to govern the interests of all parties concerned, with the flexibility to effectively interface at all levels within the corporate environment of clients and other partnering companies. Included in our team are Project Managers, Estimators, full-time Safety Engineers, Data Control Technicians and Field Superintendents.
Linda Forrest, founder and President of Poinciana Development Group, Inc., holds a degree in Architecture Technology, and is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida. Prior to establishing Poinciana Development Group, Inc., a major Construction Management firm providing contractual services to Dade County Aviation Department at Miami International Airport, and other County owned municipal Airports employed her. She has extensive experience in the design and marketing of Conveyor Systems, Cable Satellite Station design, and the Inspection of Transportation Construction.
Poinciana Development Group, Inc. currently serves as General Consultant to Dade County Aviation Department's JV Partner for over 5 years. Responsibilities include document control, scheduling, estimating and field inspections for Dade County Aviation Department's $2 Billion redevelopment program. Other clients include B.A.C. Funding Corp., Citicorp, Atlas Freight Forwarders, Dynalectric Corp., Saga Bay Community, MIA Consultants, Dade County School Board, Florida Atlantic University and Jackson Memorial Hospital. We recently completed the construction of a 3,000 sq. ft library, a Computer Center and a playground at Florida Atlantic University.
